Helping out here is not a competition, nor a popularity contest.
We all volunteer our time, and do what we do as we like to do it.
Let's please not single out members here.

I have only dealt with Sibyl and Laundry Lady.

Sibyl has given me tons of great advice and the assistance she gives to others is quite impressive. She gently but firmly let me know when I was overstepping and gave me a chance to get back in line.

I never communicated with Moose but I thank him (or her) everytime I click my admin button and I get that great little menu.

I thank smfforfree for this great service but only corresponded with them one time.

Laundry Lady and I don't quite seem to get along so well.

I don't have the privilege of knowing Crasy at all.

I gotta give it to Sibyl. She's really cool.

 

Yeh, those staff who dont have that high voting will think, well if im not that apprecited as the other mod even though i work as hard as him then they will think, i am not gonna help anymore. They porbs wont because they are great members but it will make them upset so there is no need. I was taught this by sibyl in a discussion via pm and i greatly admire him for that.
