I have some questions:
Is it a full list of the mods?
Can you install SMFShop and Referrals Mod?
When the SMF For Free administrators install a new mod, can only new users use it?

When new stuff is installed, it is usually made available to anyone right away.
Excluding those few of you on Server 1 without upgraded forums.

Your other questions I cannot answer definitivly. All I can say is, I don't know of any plans to implement those mods.

Mods and package installers are not available on SMFforFree.  There is no shop or referral mod available for us yet.  Usually when one server gets something new, the rest will get it either at the same time or in the near future, as I understand it.

SMF For Free does not allow mods because they are a major security risk. No other free SMF host offers them, as far as I know. The only way you can install mods if you get SMF on your own web hosting.
