Although you can find free webhosting sites and free domain "hosts" (do a google search)  you can not get a free .com, .net, .org , etc address.
Domain "names" need to be registered and there are fees for that.

Not sure about it, have a look.

I tried that while trying to get a domain for InsaneGfx but when I completed the task it didn't go through so I didn't get the points.
Note: Websites like anotherfree have ads in them and can infect your computer!
