In general?

Well, I think you need to play around with the banner a bit, crop the outside of the PSP out, because it's very tall and wide.

yikes.. its 351kb as well..   Definitely go with a smaller image.   

Dont junk up your forum with a lot of images;  they make it appear messy plus they really slow down the load time of your forum.    Remember that content and posts are more important 

Be involved, be friendly,  dont over moderate.

Another tip:  Do not have 6 Moderators and 3 Admins.   We are seeing far too many forum admins getting banned by those they are making admin on their forums.    If you really NEED the help and NEED another admin make sure it is someone that you have total trust in.

Always act like a member, and only be staff when you need to be. You aren't there to use your power on people...you are there to make them happy there.

So be unique, don't always be the big boss, and come up with fun games.

All depends where you've put it.

If it's in headers, remove from there. Otherwise it's theme and settings or something.
