How are you hosting your chat?

LL, we got a server thats supposed to give us free capability to to files and folders and such. but prior to the install the thing does some type of check on the system and certain things arent passing. the server says it should, and getting support from them takes 24 hrs per 1 reply they make. ulgh. this is what its not passing:

so this is frustrating to say the least


Gordie, i havent gotten that far yet. it really just seems like we wont ever get the chat set up, so i havent tried

i did go to change permissions and saw where there were no write permissions for 'group' or 'world'. 'user' was checked. i switched those for both the flashchat, and cgi. was that what i needed?
