turn off spam check/visual verification?

Hi, can someone tell me how to turn the "Spam Check", visual verification feature off so it's not showing up when people try to post?

Admin -> Posts and Topics ->Check "Disable Spam Check for posts"

hmm ive never seen spam visual verifaction on a post ive only seen it on pm's and registering but glad u got it fixed

It only turns on in certain situations (like multiple links being posted, certain keywords being posted etc)

Yeah, this just started happening today -- and only when someone goes to modify their post after posting it already.

Ok it started happening again.  When people try to modify or sometimes post, they get a spam visual verification prompt.

But I've turn spam control off in the Admin panel (under Posts and Topics). 

Can someone look at this or maybe advise me what else to do?
