Replace Nchat Chatbox in footer field

Hi Guys;

I installed Nchatbox plugin just cuz having trouble with shoutbox. Its really usefull but there is a problem i just wanna replace it in the footer field. I kept trying n changing place of codes in Boardindex.template.php it didnt work.

Is there anybody can help me how i can fix that and replace it in the footer field ?
