I only allow guests/readers to register after they introduce themselves thoroughly at the guestbook.  I've also mentioned that rule on top homepage of my forum.  Yet no one seems to take note.  Is there a way to put up a customized notification on it for all those clicking the registration button without a guestbook intro?

You can modify the registration agreement maybe that is close to what you can do on registration page.

Something along the same question..

Where can I edit what is said to someone when I "approve and send email" ?  Or is that just sort of a preset message simply saying they are approved.
