Posting lag

On my forum, I post a new topic and go to the category, it says no messages and then like 30 seconds to a minute later in shows up. How do I get rid of this lag? Thanks if anyone can help.

This is simply due to the caching system that SMF For Free uses.   Nothing you can do about it    Clicking View Most Recent Posts on the Forum in the Info center you will see they are indeed there..   sometimes takes a "little" time for them to show up in the board's index's...
