If not what is the email isp? hotmail yahoo etc

I tested on my forum I am getting it gmail for sure. Do you have notifications turned on for all users by default?

So where are we at with this...

Members including myself are not getting notifications..  All profiles, including myself are set to "Receive reply notification only for the first unread reply.", and "Turn notification on when you post or reply to a topic." are checked, as well as , the selection "For topics and boards I've requested notification on, notify me of: are set to "replies and moderation" for all members.. ..

What else can we do ?

Well, nobody is still getting any notifications..

I do notice that with mine, and members profiles under, Notifications and Email, it lists all the threads I we are supposed to be receiving notifications on.

But beneath that list, for everyone, it reads..

"You aren't receiving notifications on any boards right now.

To request notifications from a specific board, click the "notify" button in the index of that board."

But when we click on "notify", which none of us have ever had to do before, a window pops up and reads, "are you sure you want to disable notifications of new replies for this topic"..  Like we are suppose to all ready be receiving them but are not..

Will need to look into not sure why it wouldn't be working for the forum.

Just to add...

A few of us have logged out, and logged back in again and reset our notifications back to default and then back again to preferred settings, and still no notifications..
