Not being able to access my forum

Hi all!  Since the last half hour or so I've been trying to visit my forum but getting the white page with the message 'page cannot be displayed.'  This has happened in the past but not for so long, only for few minutes.  Would anyone know what the problem might be?

it tells me the usual 'internet explorer can not display the webpage' and then - most likely causes etc....

thanks for the help hopefully it will right itself during the day or it could be something this computer is doing as its at work but don't normally have a problem accessing it :( :)
