News Fader not working?

Don't know what's going on but Our News Fader is not changing, I have not changed any of the settings to cause this.
Sure hope you can help me with this, thank you.

[Not checked]  Enable News?

[Checked]  Show news fader on board index
   Fading delay between items for the news fader 4000


Edited to add: I am using Google Chrome Browser.
