Need help please! - Admin Panel

Ok i dont know why this is allowed.

but how can i change that Regular members on my forums CANNOT access the admin panel??

They can edit the forums news and everything

i didnt give them any permissions.

I got it fixed now, but when i first made the forums it had the option of Regular Members having the Admin panel where they could edit the forum news and stuff.

Been like that since i first ever made the forums and didnt even notice, None of the members reported it too me either till today
