I had a forum a few years back which I've now unfortunately forgotten my password for.

(pluhscape.smfforfree4.com) - Is there any possibility to regain an administrator account on this forum? As I am wanting to reboot it.

Woah, talk about forgetting to chase this up. The forum is so old and unused that I am unaware of the email I used and no doubt don't have access anymore.
