Is there any way to retrieve deleted boards and files?

Hi! Yesterday I deleted a bunch of boards, threads and posts from a forum I was thinking to shut down to a very minimum ONLY to change my mind today and regret all I did yesterday.

Everything I deleted is listed in the moderation board and I was wondering if there is anyway to set the forum back (like a system recovery type thing to a previous date) or to re-install these things I deleted OR did I just make a big boo boo and I have to live with it?

I appreciate your help.

No way to recover any deleted/threads/boards etc.

Moonbeam - to protect yourself from this happening again set up a recycle bin.
Go to Admin > Boards
Create a Board to use as the Recycle Bin.   
Then go to Admin > Boards > Settings Tab
Put a checkmark in:  Enable recycling of deleted topics
Then choose the Board you just created.

Any posts/etc that are deleted will then go to that board and you can retrieve them at a later date if you want to.
