How do i make another administrator membergroup?

Okay, so i have multiple admins on my forum and i want different membergroup/rank images...

Like i want admin abilities but one to say founder, admin, etc...

how do i do this? 

when i go to create a new group theres no option to customize with ALL privleges. ty
