Help. Mod uninstall leaves this Fatal Error msg on my forum

So I installed the ad management mod and then uninstalled it and now as you can see at the bottom of my forum, I'm getting this msg

Fatal error: Call to undefined function template_ad_position() in /home/content/m/a/a/maaxseduction/html/viplounge/Sources/Load.php(2151) : eval()'d code on line 273

How do I remove it.

I am not a coder, so I don't know where to look or what to look for. can someone tell me exactly where to go and what to remove.
