Hammers-Serbia forum problem

My forum is down for two days...domain works but when I type www.hammers-serbia it says "This webpage is not available" ... http://hammers.freesmfhosting.com/index.php link works but when I log in there it says again the same "This webpage is not available"...any help, is it forum or domain?

ns1.hammers-serbia.org needs to point to 64.79.105.144
And
ns2.hammers-serbia.org needs to point to 64.79.105.144

How can I change that? I can't acces admin panel or anything? Can you tell me what was the old IP adress?

It's not on your forum you would change it where you bought/registered your domain.
