Forum Disappeared! Help!

Table 'pogobabies_members' is read only  is what I have coming up. 

Admin did say this could take some time.  Let's be patient.  Think how many years of logging and topics and posts we both must have in that database.  Will check back later.

That rule is a bit scary.  Many people want read-only forums which might have many posts but  few members.  Mine has over 14,000 posts but 26 members because I basically want to keep it a read-only forum and I have rejected many registrations without prior introductions.  However, I surely get many guest readers.  Please, do not delete mine by mistake.  I'll be devastated!

All we can do is wait.  Just add your name to the list and hopefully admin can find a way to restore us all. 

I am pretty heartsick myself, Songbird.  We had 6 years of data deleted.  I could never replace that forum.  Too much time and energy was put into it daily.

I think prior to deletion of any forum, the admin of that forum should be informed / consulted by email notification.  Otherwise it could be a terrible shock.

It was a mistake with the script. Some forums original had a capital in the subdomain which caused the counting script not to work correctly since it needed to be lowercase. On linux database servers are case sensitive so it resulted in saying the forums had zero posts.

Ariel Tyler Drake ... actually mine is fine so far.  It was mom's forum that disappeared .. and that scared me a bit hoping it doesn't happen with mine      However, I'm glad to know that yours as well as mom's forums are both back.  Good work smf !

Hi again. I am just thrilled to be back and operating again.  Only one little thing I found so far .... the comment section is still not recovered.  I honestly don't care to recover all the old comments but would like for it to be working again.

Here is the error code I get:  Table 'smfforfree3.pogobabies_profile_comments' doesn't exist
