Can not remove poll

A spammer must have got on and posted a poll.. I can not remove it..

Keep getting this error message, "Session verification failed. Please try logging out and back in again, and then try again"

I logged out, logged in and tried again with no luck..

I have edited the poll.. Changed the spam title, etc..

But I am very curious as to why I can not remove it as an Admin..
