Can't post or reply on forum

Hello,
I am having trouble on my forums. I used to have a person that managed this but they are no longer available and I am clueless.
You can read all of forum, but,
When anyone tries to reply to a post or post a new topic, they just get a blank white screen.
Also will not allow any new members to join.
Basically nothing new can be added to forums.

I pay to have my forum hosted and the report from their support desk told me this.
