auto post mod and question about google adsense

is there a mod for an auto post? and how can i post my ads from google adsense to my forum? because the codes given are different, i mean the forum codes starting and ending with this " [ ] ", right? while the codes given to me by google adsense was this " < > ", should i convert them first? where? how? sorry if im too naive with html, im just a business minded person. :)
