Is there a way to make an Userpage list that updates alone? (Maybe with a tab called Userpage)

A tab that when you open it you can see all the userpages of members..

It does already show on the forum and
in their profile area. It updates when they
change the edit of it automatically.
Do you mean where you go on the members
tab, and it shows all users email, websites,
members info area and have it have one you
click that says view my page?

I dont mean that. I mean, creating an Special Tab (custom tab), and when you enter it, there's a list with all Userpages, so people can reach userpages easily. I know I can go and update it by my own but that would take a lot of time, so I want a code to make that, list all userpages and update with new ones
