I got a request.  Is there a weather code?  Like one that shows your local weather(right on the site) when you enter your zip.  I know VB has it but does smf?  LaundryLady has something similar - in which so do i but when you enter the zip it takes you to their site and you don't stay on the forum.

Thanks

There was a google gadget. One sec.

EDIT: Try this:
Code:
<script src="http://gmodules.com/ig/ifr?url=http://www.labpixies.com/campaigns/weather/weather.xml&amp;up_degree_unit_type=0&amp;up_city_code=none&amp;up_zip_code=none&amp;synd=open&amp;w=320&amp;h=224&amp;title=Live+Weather&amp;border=%23ffffff%7C3px%2C1px+solid+%23999999&amp;output=js">//Weather</script>

Footers.

Mine is from WeatherUnderground,  http://www.wunderground.com/.  You can get a weather sticky from them.  I am not sure if you have to be a member or not, but it is only $5 for a year for a membership.

Google also has some kind of Widget.  You would have to check to see if whoever supplies them has a web page where you could get a html code or a script.

Oops, sorry Omikron, was typing without my glasses.

It's cute, but yeah, I see what you mean....it vanishes.  Even when I went to the main board, the weather box was gone...so I just put in weatherbug url instead?

I went to weatherbug and didn't want to register.  They also use a lot of spyware.  I found this site instead and got the code.  It's very easy to use and no registration was involved.  You can choose your own size and color.  Here is the code and all anyone has to do is change the zip code in the code.  It will appear on every page of your forum.  All your members have to do is type in their own zip code and click GO and they will get their own weather and a 5-day forecast.  The only down side is only the default stays on the site, once you enter a new zip code, you go to another page.  You can change the colors and size if you go directly to the site www.weatherreports.com

Anyway, here it is for those who might find it useful:

<script type="text/javascript" language="javascript1.2" src="http://weatherreports.com/jscript.html?width=125&height=125&theme=black&location=63111&units=f">
</script>
<div><a href="http://www.weatherreports.com/"><small>Weather Reports</small></a></div>
