Hello SMF For Free community. I'm just looking for a possible code that makes a button to hide somebody's post.

As many RuneScape users know, the forums sometimes have posts like this: "The contents of this message has been hidden" and you cannot edit it or anything.

That is exactly what I am looking for. A button enabled for Moderators+ to hide posts which cannot be edited.

Thanks in advance.

My forum url is: http://www.falcaoownscape.smfforfree2.com and my username on that is "Mod Base"

To keep if from being edited, Lock it.  If you want to make posts that are only for certain member groups just set the boards involved for those membergroups.

I think you've misunderstood me. It is only for 1 post. If I do lock it, then nobody can post. But, if you are saying that this is not possible, then I bear that in mind.  Smiley

Yeah, it's not possible the way you want it to work at this time.  If its only for one post them maybe sending them all a pm would be the better way to do it.
