I'm wondering if its possible to get a code that keeps track of the all the posts in one day. and have it shown at the bottom in the forum stats area. so its like Total Posts Today: (number)

its a mod only aviable to this forum i think, but i know you can have this if you make a portal

On your forum, click the icon in forum stats, look to the bottom of the page. You will see a list of months. Click on the current month and open it up. You will be able to see the posts made on each day. You have to have track Daily Statistics enabled.
