Can someone please tell me how I can add a member legend so all my members can view it and the number of them currently on that position for example like,
Owner - Akl (1) - The number '1' represents how many owners there are.
Suppose there a re 2 it should be like,

Owner - Akl, Projext (2)

Check the Codes Board.    There is an Index pinned to the top of it.   
There are several Member Legend codes listed in the index  Wink

On this site, www.romescape.smfforfree2.com, he uses this function, where we can hover our pointer over the colour and the legend comes, how do I do that?

Check the Codes Index, as I suggested.
There are several Member Legends listed.
You'll have to check each one to find the one you want to use.
