Hello!
Does someone have a Modbreak code. Modbreak is a box where moderators, super moderators or Admins can place comments, like "stop spamming now!".

Not really but here are a few things you could check:

Check the Topic, Posts, Board, Category Related  section here: Codes Index   There are some codes named Quick Comment that may do what you are looking for (somewhat)
