Banner Code.

You would put this in your headers (Admin CP > Manage Styles > Headers/Footers)
Code: [Select]
<div style="text-align: center;">
<a href="URL HERE"><img src="IMAGE URL HERE" alt="" /></a>
</div>

Custom Signs
Admin CP > Manage Styles > Customize Images

Replace the URL in the box next to the image you want to change with the new image URL

Center Tabs

You'll need to use a code to do so. Place this in your footers:
Code: [Select]
<script>
$("td.maintab_back:contains('Help')").parent().parent().parent().attr("style", "margin-left:auto;margin-right:auto");
$("td.maintab_active_back:contains('Help')").parent().parent().parent().attr("style", "margin-left:auto;margin-right:auto");
</script>

Homepage and Forum Tab

When you set up a portal, it is set on the Home page which creates a Home tab and then makes a forum tab.

To set up your EzPortal see this guide: EZPortal Guide

Replace what's in your headers with:

Code: [Select]
<div style="text-align:center">
<a href="http://reapers.smfforfree.com"><img src="http://i723.photobucket.com/albums/ww237/darkreaper11111111/848866d7.gif" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a><a href="http://reapers.smfforfree.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i723.photobucket.com/albums/ww237/darkreaper11111111/normal_skeletonwitch20copy.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a><a href="http://reapers.smfforfree.comf" target="_blank"><img src="http://i723.photobucket.com/albums/ww237/darkreaper11111111/848866d7.gif" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

The center tag is deprecated.  Better to do it as the previous poster posted and put it in a div using css styling
