Go back to the guides that I posted to you in that other thread.    You can rename Karma to whatever you wish.   You can rename applaud and smite as well.    You can also use icons(pics) for Karma/Rep/Whatever you wish to call it.   See HERE

(you can assume which one got the most clicks)
