unlocking topics?

Yeah I have seen that when I try to unlock a topic nothing happens, it stays locked, and IDK why. So just thought I'd report it here.
And if it's not a glitch, then I'm doing something wrong, so sorry.  :police:

Highly unlikely as it requires more than one image...And more of a video I guess..
