Gallery Icon Bug

When I make a Gallery Category or Edit the category to place the category icon, there's text in red next to that option and above it:

Warning Gallery Category Image Path is not writable!
/Gallery/nwgallery/catimgs

The text is found under Gallery Icon Url: and next to Upload Gallery Icon.
It has been like that since yesterday and it won't get fixed, and when I had the other forum which was on server #4 this didn't happen an the image would appear afer upload but on the new one it doesn't.
