Forum Url: http://shanart.smfforfree.com/index.php
It's seems as though my forum "http://shanart.smfforfree.com/index.php?" is having some serious technical problems.

I added on a new ezblock with a whiteboard drawing thing now it's like the ezblock has taken over my entire webpage. i can't even go to admin to try and remove anything. it's almost like it has disabled everything but the logout feature. can someone please help me??

or even just completely erase all of the ezblocks? I've noticed some others having the same issue as I am. Thanks!

Access your admin panel by going to the following URL:

http://shanart.smfforfree.com/index.php?action=admin

To access the EzBlocks in your admin panel, click the following link:

http://shanart.smfforfree.com/?action=ezportal;sa=blocks;

My guess is you forgot a closing in the block you added somewhere.

uhhh neither one of those work for me

all i am seeing is HTML EzBlock and nothing beyond that point. I can't even click anything in my menu bar like

home, members, help, nothing seems to go anywhere. it's like it's redirecting me back to the main page with the html exloack and giving me no access to anything. i've even had people login to the forum and they said the same thing. they can't edit their profiles, go to forums. the ONLY option that works is log out.

i tried following BOTH of the links you posted Andrew and the all do the same thing. give me a blank page only showing the html ezblock.... it's almost like it's locking out all the features. don't know if that will help you.

shanartnpg I can view your forum perfectly fine in both Internet Explorer and Firefox.

I don't even see what HTML block you are talking about... Perhaps you didn't give guests permissions to view it?

Again, your forum shows up perfectly fine for me.

May have to wait for SMF to delete that block for you if you are unable to access your admin panel at all.

when i log off my admin account it shows normal for me. like the block doesn't exist, but as soon as i login it shows that ezblock and everything is all locked up. i've had 3 mods login and they said they can see it when they are logged out, but as soon as they log in nothing is clickable in the top bar.i suppose i'll give it a day. i just have a feeling it's not going to fix itself.

i also wanted to note that 10 users have verified. the page shows fine UNTIL they fully login, then it is when the ezblock 4 shows and locks the ENTIRE page including scrolling down. No forums show, nothing.

So while logged in I grabbed the page source to show you that it IS loading when logged in and causing a major problem

<tr class="windowbg2"><td id="block4" ><iframe src="http://www.groupboard.com/mp/gb.cgi?board_id=112489&large=true&a=false&iframe=true" width="100%" height="400" scrolling="yes" frameborder="0></iframe></td>

all i am asking if someone can PLEASE somehow get this block4 from my page. it's not showing while logged off as a guest but no more than anyone logs in it's showing and nothing else is. there is seriously NO way for me to fix this problem. and all i am asking support to do is removed the ezblock from my forum page or tell me what i need to do to fix it.

these are all the links i have tried and it's locking all features out...

http://shanart.smfforfree.com/index.php?action=ezportal;sa=blocks
http://shanart.smfforfree.com/index.php?action=ezportal;sa=deleteblock;block=1
http://shanart.smfforfree.com/index.php?action=ezportal;sa=deleteblock;block=2
http://shanart.smfforfree.com/index.php?action=ezportal;sa=deleteblock;block=3
http://shanart.smfforfree.com/index.php?action=ezportal;sa=deleteblock;block=4
http://shanart.smfforfree.com/index.php?action=manageboards
http://shanart.smfforfree.com/index.php?action=style;sa=admin
http://shanart.smfforfree.com/index.php?action=admin

all of which show the same thing, with the same problems. i cannot access anything while logged in, neither can any other forum members.
