it keeps saying a new member waiting approval but there isn't 1 do you know why it keeps saying this?

It gets stuck sometimes.
Go to Admin > Maintenace and run Find Repair Errors

Try this.  I just noticed your Most Online today isnt updating..  If you do this it will and maybe it will help with that as well:

Admin > Features and Options
Scroll down abit
Place a checkmark in the box labeled "Track Daily Statistics"
Click SAVE.

try maintenance again.  if that doesnt do it try clearing your browser cache..   
(it updated your most online stats though)

just refresh/reload your browser.

Could be the server cache too.. might take a little while for it to go away.
Let us know if it doesnt though..  I dont know what else to do..  usually running Maintenance fixes it   Undecided
