for the arcade, it gives me the option to install only.
I already have it installed, just wanted to change the permissions
and settings but it isn't there anymore? This is what it says? Install SMF Arcade
Install SMF Arcade - Gives your forum an Arcade System!

I see you do have it installed and the games are there. Im not understanding why that is all you see on that page.
Will have to have SMF take a look at it.

Grandma, if its not working I don't think the data in it is going to have any value anyway. My personal opinion.

It doesn't remove any existing data if you uninstall then reinstall
