Arcade not showing in Admin

When I go to ADMIN, it does not show ARACDE. I am the Global MOd but when I go to permissions, nothing in the arcae section is checked so I check them and click save. This is what pops up.

Unknown column 'manage_membergroups' in 'where clause'

It might have something to do with only Administrators should be able to administrate the arcade, but it said database error...

Might be something SMF has to fix
