dear smf for free support staff,

my name is zac and I am in big need of somebody's help. when I created my forum my username was set as (username and password deleted by Moderator)  but everytime i try to log into my account it says I can't. so now my forum can not be accessed.

later on through out the day, I figured out that is was a username problem. so now, Some how I need to delete the url so I can make a new url with the same words (islandhangout.smfforfree.com) and then have my account user name as zac only. with no quotes or parenthesis.

please help if you can. any help would highly be appreciated and would be noted on my new forum for everyone else to acknowledge.

yeah I tried this before I sent this bug report. It didn't work because my username was accepted with the unnecessary characters and it says that my email is not recognized. therefore it wont send the email. so when I try to make a new account, it wont let me use my same email(zstaylon@yahoo.com). So this is really weird and I hope that the owners of smfforfree can delete the url off their hosting pages (or something they use to control the websites url's.) so that I may be able to do it all over again.
